The 23rd Azerbaijan International Telecommunications and Information Technologies Exhibition and Conference - Bakutel 2017,
was inaugurated in presence of the Iranian Minister for Communication and Information Technology, and Communication Ministers of Turkey, Azerbaijan, Russia, and the Director General of ITU.
The ICT Public Relations Center reports that Mr. Houlin Zhao, Director General of International Telecommunication Union, visited the Iranian Start-up companies section in the exhibition.
