According to the policy of Ministry of Information and Communication Technology(MICT) of I.R. of Iran, interaction with the international companies providing communication services that recognize Iran’s Landing Right is a diplomatic priority, after months of negotiation with the YahClick satellite Internet service operator which is affiliated with YahSat company,  they officially accepted the Landing Right of CRA approved by CRC Decision, in the presence of the President of the CRA, Consul General of Iran, Adviser of Minister in international affairs and Vice President of the CRA for Strategy and Market Development, on Friday, December 15, 2023, at Consulate General of Iran in Dubai.

Due to signing this document by the YahSat Operator, and after accomplishing relevant procedures, Activity License will be granted to this company to provide satellite Internet services in I.R. of Iran.

Based on Iran's complaint of Starlink, ITU RRB in its last meeting, has emphasized recognizing the landing Right of the Islamic Republic of Iran by international operators providing satellite Internet services in Iran.
